I’m trying to look for a distant relative. Not too sure if he’s dead or alive. Is it also possible to look up death certificates for free, and if so, where?

    http://www.zabbasearch.com/ is a great free website, not sure if it is what you are looking for, as for the death certs and such, not sure about that…
